The GTM Diagnostic

Book a GTM Diagnostic.

A 30-minute working session with Breen Eitel, co-founder of GTM Align. Not a sales presentation. You will examine one real GTM workflow, identify where execution breaks, and leave with the simplest useful next move.

The Session

What happens.

  1. Before

You pick the workflow that feels most broken. The booking form asks one question about it, and Google confirms your slot by calendar invite. Then spend ten minutes noting how that workflow actually runs today: who touches it, where it stalls. No deck, no prep document.

  2. During

We map how the workflow actually runs, where it breaks, and whether the fix is process, ownership, automation, or AI.

  3. After

You leave with a clear read on the break and the simplest useful move. If deeper work makes sense, we will say so plainly, and if it does not, we will say that too. The more real your example, the more useful the session.

You leave with:

  • A working diagnosis of the workflow’s highest-friction point
  • What is causing the break
  • Whether the fix is ownership, process, automation, or AI
  • The simplest useful next move

GTM Diagnostic FAQ

Questions before you book.

Will I get a sales pitch?

No pitch, no deck. You and Breen will work through one real GTM workflow, identify where execution breaks, and define the simplest useful next move. If deeper work could help, Breen will explain why at the end, plainly. The diagnosis is yours to use whether or not you continue.

Is this a fit for my team?

It is built for founder-led B2B teams with a live GTM motion: teams where leads, handoffs, or follow-up are visibly leaking, you are weighing AI or automation and want judgment before spend, and you can speak to how the workflow actually runs today. It is not a fit if you are pre-revenue and still designing your first motion, you want a tool recommendation without examining the process, or nobody involved owns the workflow being discussed.

How long is the GTM Diagnostic?

30 minutes. We keep the scope to one workflow so you leave with a useful decision, not a generic review of your entire GTM motion.

What should I prepare?

No deck or formal document. Choose one problem workflow, like lead routing, follow-up, pipeline movement, or a handoff. Then be ready to describe what actually happens today: where it starts, who owns each step, where it stalls, and what happens next. Ten minutes of notes is plenty.

Who will I meet?

You will meet Breen Eitel, co-founder of GTM Align and an AI workflow strategist. Breen leads the Diagnostic himself; there is no sales-rep or junior-consultant handoff.

What will I leave with?

A working diagnosis of the highest-friction point, what is causing it, and the simplest useful next move, whether that is clearer ownership, a process change, automation, or AI.

What happens after the Diagnostic?

At the end, Breen will tell you plainly whether your team can handle the next step or whether a separate AI + GTM Workflow Audit would be useful. If an Audit makes sense, he will explain what it would cover. There is no obligation to continue.
